Our monthly Local Forums in Rowley Regis, Wednesbury and Tipton are up and running. Click here for more details. So too our weekly Community Exercise groups. For more details click here.

Our shop at Sandwell Hospital is also open (Mondays to Fridays).

If you or a loved one is living with dementia, please do reach out to see how we can support you. Click here to find out more.

When filling in our referral form to access our support, please can we remind you to include in the Other Medical Conditions section, if you or the person you care for is currently self isolating or experiencing any Covid symptoms, as well as the dates they received their Covid-19 vaccinations and booster.
